Using QEV’s Email Surveys
to Maximize Member, Donor Satisfaction

Customers are looking to vendors for better service; voters are looking to their elected representatives for more responsiveness; association members are looking for a greater voice in the direction of their association; PAC donors are looking to not be taken for granted. The trend is national and unmistakable.

Many associations and PACs have gotten the message: they say they’re committed to providing outstanding value to their members and on-going participation to their donors. But here’s the thing: as an association, you don’t get to define what constitutes service and value — only your members can do that. So you have to ask them. And as a PAC, you have to have a mechanism to efficiently solicit and tabulate feedback from your donors.

Then with a final click of the mouse, the results are automatically returned to us electronically for compilation, analysis, and presentation to you.

All you need to provide are the email addresses of your members. And if you haven’t been systematically collecting their email addresses, you need to start right now — or your competition will. When the Internet matures, it will be a major vehicle for two-way, multi-media communications, which your members will be expecting you to fully exploit.
